JONEX Global is astrategy consultancy supporting corporations with market entry and expansion inthe United States, United Kingdom & European Union. Our operating modelcomprises of two distinct functional divisions: Research & Strategy (R&S) and Business Development (BD).
We are keen towelcome aboard a Client Relations Coordinator in our growing Market Developmentteam in Japan.
Responsibilities:
· Comprehensive understanding of the JONEX Global business model & differentiation.
· Conduct market research, generate leads, reach out to prospect organisations introducing our services and complete the sales cycle.
· Attending Events/Expos/Conferences inJapan representing JONEX Global (physical & virtual).
· Coordinate & lead exploratory calls, videoconferences, & on-line workshops with Clients and prospects& steer towards a successful financial outcome along with peers & analysts.
· Interpretation at Client meetings.
· Translation of sensitive business proposals and emails.
· Accurate presentation of complex strategies& commercial proposals to prospects and Clients supported by Analysts.
· Build excellent inter-personal relationships with clients, maintain regular contact, and support colleagues in developing excellent relations with clients. Be our main point of contact.
· Use social media to the advantage of the company.
· Identify & engage relevant organization, associations or platforms to increase our brand presence & market outreach.
· Support with third party consultancies, suppliers & vendors
· Any other services agreed mutually.
Who we are looking for:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
· An astute and confident consultative sales person with a flair for international sales
· Preferred experience of B2B sales or business development in Japan.
· Ability to quickly adapt &broadly understand the business model and strategic objectives of Clients.
· Is diligent, comfortable taking initiatives & takes responsibility.
· Aware of current-affairs &cultural differences and embraces diversity with ease.
· Native level Japanese speaker with Fluency inEnglish.
· Must be able to travel within Japan & Internationally.
