Victor founded JONEX Global in May 2017 with a vision to provide highly personalised & professional end-to-end market development services to discerning clients. He identified a gap in outsourced business development services and wanted to differentiate JONEX Global from pure lead-generation and/or call centre business models by becoming the leading integrated outsourced Sales & Marketing service in the UK.
With an outstanding track record of sales, business development, and strategy amassed over 28 years across Airlines & Aviation, Hospitality & Travel, Logistics, Aerospace & Defence, and Financial Services, Victor leads the overall strategic direction of JONEX Global. Victor’s career is distinguished by identifying, pursuing, and capturing profitable, lucrative opportunities in markets previously considered impenetrable.
Victor holds a BSc in Hospitality Management from IHM Mumbai, India and Diplomas in Leadership from Boeing, USA & Scandinavian Airlines, Sweden.

Andy joined JONEX Global in Aug 2019 to bring his extensive cross-sector marketing experience to strengthen the company's value proposition to clients. Andy leads the Marketing & Client Projects functions of JONEX Global.
Andy has an exemplary track record in B2B, Digital & marketing strategy amassed over 30 years across Hospitality, Conference & Meetings, Travel-Technology, FMCG, and CRM technology industries.
Andy works together with Victor to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the business development efforts for maximum returns for our clients.
Andy holds a BSc (Hons) in European Management Science from University of Wales, UK.
