Having worked in Europe, the Middle East & Asia, and with over three decades of experience in sales, business development, and strategy within multi-national Enterprise organisations across various industries, Victor leads the overall strategic direction of JONEX Global.
Victor holds a BSc in Hospitality Management from IHM Mumbai, India and Diplomas in Leadership from Boeing, USA & Scandinavian Airlines, Sweden.
Mr. Yoneyama served a distinguished career over three decades with Canon Inc. where he was primarily responsible for global market entry & expansion of medical and healthcare products specialising within radiology, ophthalmology, and optometry.
Having worked in Japan and as a senior expatriate representative of Canon inc. in the USA & Europe, Mr. Yoneyama brings deep industry expertise in healthcare market entry, expansion, channel sales, strategy, and leadership. Mr. Yoneyama took a voluntary early retirement from Canon Inc. in 2019, and is a non-executive Director at JONEX Global.

Leveraging his experience in strategic planning, financial modeling and market research, Jimmy brings his strategy formulation expertise to help clients make the most optimal decisions.

As our bilingual Market Liaison in Japan, Taishin helps with communication, sales and building strong relationships with our Japanese clients.
Taishin has worked as a liaison officer at Tokyo Olympics 2020 and Paralympics 2020, where he worked closely with TV crews to facilitate athletes’ interviews and shooting. This experience as well as being familiar with the nuances of Japanese and British cultures drive Tai in his demanding role as Market Liaison.
Taishin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from the University of Gloucestershire, UK.
